George Kitmiridis
(Co-founder of Iron Rising)
My name is George Kitmiridis, and my story is one of rising — again and again — through pain, discipline, and the grace of God.
I didn’t grow up strong. I grew up as the chubby kid, the one everyone made fun of, the one who got picked on because of his weight. Instead of staying broken, I fought back. I taught myself how to eat better, how to train, and how to change my body. By high school I was playing three sports, and from the moment I stepped into the gym, I knew I had found my passion — self-improvement and helping others do the same.
That passion led me to become a personal trainer. But even then, I was never just a trainer. I coached people’s bodies, but I also coached their mindset, their habits, their lives. I always wanted to do more… but deep down, I battled a constant fear of not being enough. I thought I had to figure everything out alone.
And for a while, it looked like I did.
I built a house.
I built a family.
I built a business.
From the outside, it looked like success. But inside, I was cracking. I fell into worldly temptations, sin, and the search for an easier path. My marriage weakened. I turned to drugs. I lost my home. I stopped taking care of my body. And in the darkest moment of my life, I was one click away from ending everything.
Then something happened.
My son’s future flashed in front of me — the man he needed me to be, the father he deserved. And in that moment, I finally did what I should have done all along:
I cried out to God.
I prayed with desperation, knowing I could no longer save myself. And from that day on, I realized I was never meant to do it alone. God stepped into my life, opened my eyes, and showed me the path back to purpose.
With new habits, renewed discipline, and God beside me, I began rebuilding:
my health,
my mind,
my spirit,
my identity.
And now, I’m becoming the best man I have ever been — not because I’m perfect, but because I walk with Him.
Iron Rising was born from that transformation.
This isn’t just a fitness program. It’s a mission. A calling. A brotherhood for men who have suffered, fallen, or lost themselves like I once did. My purpose is to share my testimony, to guide men through physical, mental, and spiritual strength, and to help them rise into the leaders God created them to be.
If you’re ready to rebuild your body, your habits, your faith, and your purpose —
you’re in the right place.
Welcome to Iron Rising.
Rise with strength. Rise with purpose. Rise with God.

I didn’t grow up with brotherhood.
I grew up alone — even when people were around me.
For most of my life, I hid behind screens. Video games gave me a fake world to succeed in. Porn numbed the parts of me that didn’t want to feel. A toxic relationship kept me trapped in cycles I didn’t have the courage to walk away from. I was living with my mom and step dad, waking up every day knowing I wasn’t becoming the man God created me to be.
Isolation wasn’t just a habit — it was my identity.
I was drifting.
Disconnected from my purpose.
Drowning in instant gratification.
Convincing myself I’d “fix it later.”
But the truth is… there is no later when you’re slowly dying inside.
My wake-up call wasn’t loud.
It was quiet.
It was the kind of moment where you look in the mirror and realize the man staring back at you is not someone you respect anymore.
I hit my lowest point — mentally, spiritually, emotionally.
And in that darkness, I finally understood something:
No one is coming to save me.
I have to rise.
So I made a decision that changed my entire life:
I committed.
I committed to habits that would rebuild me for 120 days.
To daily disciplines — even when they were boring, painful, or inconvenient.
To facing the wounds I avoided.
To becoming the man I kept praying I would magically turn into.
I started meditating daily.
Working out every morning.
Journaling every night.
Reading instead of scrolling.
And those simple daily repetitions — those small acts of control — completely transformed my identity.
I broke my addictions.
I ended the relationship that was keeping me stagnant.
I moved out of my family’s house.
I built my personal coaching company InnerQuest, Quit my corporate Job and started Iron Rising with George.
I started rising into the man I was meant to be.
Iron Rising was born from that journey.
It’s for the man I used to be — the isolated one, the ashamed one, the one pretending he’s “fine,” the one drifting through life without purpose, passion, or brotherhood.
This isn’t just fitness.
This isn’t just mindset.
This is a forge.
A place where men break the chains that have held them back for years.
Where we face the hard things together.
Where we build discipline, identity, confidence, and faith.
Where we rise as brothers.
Iron Rising exists because I know what it feels like to be weak, lost, addicted, and alone — and I also know what’s possible when a man commits to rising daily.
I built this for the men who are ready to reclaim their power, rebuild their identity, and rise into the warriors they were always meant to be.
This is for you.
